Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey, Honeysuckle White, 85/15
    1/4 cup GREAT VALUE ALL NATURAL MILD CHUNKY SALSA
    12 Ole Whole Wheat Tortillas
    3/4 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
    1 cup Great Value Finely Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese

Tips

This can also be made with ground beef, but I don't eat it, so I don't know the nutrition facts


Directions

Brown turkey meat with choice of seasonings, drain, return to pan
Add salsa to pan, cook until most liquid is gone, mix in 1/4 cup cheese
Lay one tortilla on flat pan/griddle, sprinkle 1 Tbsp cheese on
Put 1/6th turkey mixture on cheese, sprinkle with another 1 Tbsp cheese
Layer on one more tortilla
Cook until tortillas are crispy and cheese is melted
Serve each with 2 Tbsp sour cream
