Ingredients

1 serving Oikos Plain Fat-Free Organic Greek Yogurt (1 cup) (by GGCAMPBELL77)
    4 serving Flour - Gold Medal - Self-Rising - 1/4-Cup (by ***DEBRA***)
4 tsp Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning (by DSPTCHR911)
.33 large Egg white, fresh mixed with a Tbs. of water for egg wash.

Tips

The egg white gives a nice finish and helps the topping stick, but isn't necessary. Bake these without the egg wash as bread sticks, buns, or bread. Share your adaptations. (WW 3 pts.)

Directions

mix the yogurt and flour and need into a dough. Divide into 4 equal balls and push thumbs through the center and gently pull into a dough nut shape. Make sure the hole is large as they will rise.

Brush with egg white and then sprinkle or dip each into 1 tsp of bagel seasoning of your choice (sesame, poppy seed, onion, garlic, or Trader Joe's Everything by the Bagel and place on parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Can be eaten warm or cold.
