Introduction

Ingredients

    2 stick Butter, unsalted
    2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    .50 tsp Salt

Directions

!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 6 cup (8 1/2 by 4 1/2-inch) loaf pan. Set aside pan.
!. Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat butter and sugar til fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, add vanilla and salt. With mixer on low , add the flour gradually. Beating just til combined. Do not over mix.
3. Bake for 1 hour until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes. Invert onto wire rack and turn upright to cool completely. Slice into 10 slices.
