Ingredients

48.0 oz Pork Ribs, country style
    1.0 tbsp Salt
    1.0 tbsp Paprika
    1.0 tbsp Garlic powder
    1.0 tbsp Onion powder
    1.0 tbsp Chili powder
    2.0 tsp Pepper, black
    2.0 tsp Cumin seed
2.0 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Cover a lipped sheet pan with aluminum foil. Place thawed ribs on foil and remove membrane from rib side. Mix all of the spices in a small bowl. Liberally coat all sides of the meat with the spice mix. Massage it in to every knook and cranny. Bake for about 2.5 hours, flipping every 15 minutes or so. Tedious, but this ensures that your ribs will be very moist! Put meat bone-side down and broil for just a few minutes. Remove from oven and let rest until slightly cooled. Slice and enjoy!
