Ingredients

    8 oz Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat
    6 cup Mueller's Penne Rigate pasta
    1038 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    .5 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    8 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce (by ANNADG17)
    6 tbsp Food Lion Light Ranch Dressing (by KOYAL53)

Directions

Coatch chicken in hot sauce. Add butter and chicken with one cup water to instant pot. Manual pressure to 12-14 minutes. Quick release. Take out chicken. Add cream cheese, ranch, hot sauce and pasta and remaining water to instant pot. Manual pressure for 4 minutes. Meanwhile shred chicken. Do a quick release. Add chicken to pot and then serve.
