Ingredients

    1 cup Flour- all-purpose
    1 cup Yellow Corn Meal
    1/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar
    3 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid
    1/4 cup Canola Oil
    1 1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened
    3 tsp. Baking Powder ( Sodium Free - Hain Featherweight)

Directions

Preheat to 425
Mix dry, mix wet incl sugar, stir together until still lumpy
Bake 20-25 minutes

Serving Size: makes 12 muffiins or 1 8x8 pan
