Ingredients

    16 oz Shrimp, cooked
    Sauce
    6 Tbsp Best Foods Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
    1/2 tbs ginger
    1/4 tbs garlic
    1/2 tbs cayenne pepper

    5 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT)
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    Egg +sriracha sauce


Tips

Make slaw. & sauce and beforehand

Make sauce and slaw before cooking shrimp..
Add green onions and cilantro to cabbage..
Do shrimp in small batches to use less oil.
Place shrimp over slaw and drizzle with sauce.


Directions

Dredge shrimp in egg mixture, then in coconut flour. Fry in very little olive oil.
Make sauce from mayo and sriracha.
