Chop onions and garlic into small pieces. Saute in 1 tbs avocado oil until soft and translucent. Add ground turkey and cook over high heat. Break turnkey into small pieces and cook until no longer pink and slightly browned. Add 2 cans crushed tomatoes (I like the Cento brand which has o other additives), 4 tbs distilled white vinegar, 1/4 cup chili powder and pink Himalayan sea salt to taste. Stir until combined. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Adjust the chili powder and salt to taste, if needed. Serve hot.
