Ingredients

    3 cup 100% Natural Whole Grain Quaker Oats Rolled Oats Dry
    1 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
    1 cup, mashed Banana, fresh
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, and mix until totally combined into a thick, slightly sticky dough.
Using about 2 tbsp of dough for each energy bite, roll into a sphere and store in the refrigerator.
