Ingredients

    40 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    340 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    453 grams Onions, raw
    806 grams Tomato Sauce
    423 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes
    170 grams Tomato Paste
    4 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    0.5 tsp crushed red pepper (by GARPER)
    1 tbsp Paprika
    1 tsp Chili powder
    2 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

dice the bell peppers and onions.
dice the tomatoes.
Add peppers and onions to large soup pot and sweat them.
Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste to the pot.
Added the spices and vinegar.
Bring to simmer.
Brown the ground chuck in a skillet.
Drain off excess fat (you may wish to retain a little for flavor).
Add the ground chuck to the soup pot.
Bring to simmer (10 - 15 minutes).
