Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cup, Broccoli cut into medium florets
    2 cup Cauliflower cut into medium florets
    1.5 tbsp Curry powder
    1.5 tsp Salt
    8 Garlic cloves, whole, peeled
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

Watch the veggies as they roast. When they reach the color you desire take them out.


Directions

Toss all ingredients together and layout in an even layer on a cookie sheet. Roast in center of a preheated oven of 380 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Turn once, halfway through cooking time.
