Introduction

Wonderful dish from our Grandmother. Great for Thanksgiving, or anytime of year. Wonderful dish from our Grandmother. Great for Thanksgiving, or anytime of year.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    6 C. mashed sweet potatoes (canned yams)
    2 C. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 C. melted butter
    1 t. vanilla

    mix, then add the topping...
    1 C. brown sugar
    1/2 C. butter
    1/3 C. flour
    1 C. pecans

Directions

Combine the first 5 ingredients and mash together (but don't mash too much). Combine the next 4 ingredients separately and then sprinkle over the other mixture.

Bake @ 350 degrees for one hour. Use 1/2 cup for each serving. Makes approximately 15 servings.
