Ingredients

    5.5 oz Salmon Filet, Wild Caught(Sea Queen)Aldi
    3 serving Annie's Naturals Organic Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
    3 tsp French-Style Mustard (by FLAMINGO81)
    1 dash Salt
    0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1 tsp Dill weed, dried
    5 clove Garlic

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350C. Put salmon on a baking tray, rub with pinch of salt and pepper. Sprinkle with dry dill. In a small dish mix 5 crushed garlic cloves and 1tbsp of mustard. Pour the mixture on top of the salmon, spread evenly all over the fish. Sprinkle generously with dry dill. Cook and serve.
