Ingredients

    400 grams Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)
    8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Baking Soda

Directions

Mix all ingredients in the food processor- if too thick add 2-3 oz water. Bake on 360*F for 60 minutes and cool before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 25 1/2" slices
