    5 potatoes cubed
    2 tbsp Tomato puree
    1 tin corned beef
    2 onions
    olive oil
    cheddar cheese

Directions

Boil potatoes, sautee onions add 2tblsp tomato puree, tin of corned beef cubed, the cooked potatoes cubed mix gently together put in to oven dish cover in grated cheese and grill till brown
