Introduction

You can use raw or frozen chicken. Combine it all, except cream cheese, in the crockpot, sprinkle the dip packet over it all, and then cook it on high for 4 hours or 6 on low total. 40 mins before end time, add cream cheese (so it does not curdle beforehand) and shred the chicken with forks/mix it all up.     1 can Organic Whole Kernel Corn
    1 can Rotel
    1 can Black Beans No Salt Added
    1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dry Dip Mix
    2 lbs. Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 pack-8 oz. Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat (NOT Light) Cream Cheese

Directions

Cook on high in the slow cooker for 4 hours or 6 on low. Shred with forks. Serving Size: Makes about 10 cups
