Ingredients

    12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    6 tbsp Carnation Evaporated Milk Vitamin D added (canned milk)
    85 grams Ham, regular (11% fat) = 3 oz.
    1/2 onion
    1 c chopped spinach


Directions

Saute onion; add spinach to wilt; add ham. Combine scrambled eggs with milk; add other ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.

Spray muffin tins with Pam; fill each tin with fritatta batter. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
