Ingredients

    0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tsp Salt
    2.0 cup Palm Oil
    1.0 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
    1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    0.5 tsp Baking Powder
    3.0 cup Flour, white

Directions

1) blend broccoli and carrots, then put it in a big mixing bowl 2) add eggs and salt into the bowl, mix well 3) add flour and baking powder, mix well 4) add water when necessary. Make sure the batter a little bit thicker than pancake batter. 5) deep fry. Serving Size: 45 pcs about ping pong ball size
