Ingredients

    4 serving Pillsbury 9" Refrigerated Pie Crust (entire pie crust) (by MORE2LUV31)
    280 gram(s) 365 Organic Frozen Sliced Peaches (by TMKOPPY)
    9 tsp Truvia Natural Sweetener Brown Sugar Blend (by SHEEATS-SHESHRI)
    3 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    3 serving Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 1 Tbsp
    .5 cup Cornstarch
    3 tsp Vanilla Extract

Tips

Allow crust to bake until a nice shade of brown


Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Line a 13 x 9 inch rectangle glass baking dish with 2 of the ready pie crust.
In a 4 quart saucepan, use 2 cups water, to thaw frozen peaches, once thawed, then place the peaches on top of the pie crust (leave water and peach juice in the saucepan).
Then add brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and cornstarch to the juice. Stir over medium heat until a syrup forms. Por this over the peaches.
Then slice the other two pie crust to weave a top crust to the pie.
Place them in diagonals across the rectangle going one direction, then come back the opposite direct to weave the crust.
Then pinch the top and bottom crust to make a nice edge to the pie.
Cook at 350 degrees, for 40 minutes.
