Ingredients

    *Farm Fresh Frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, 8 oz (remove)
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 8 cup, shredded (remove)
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    *Good Seasons Asian Sesame with Ginger Dressing, .5 tbsp (remove)
    *Dole Mandarin Oranges, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Almonds, .125 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, .125 cup (remove)

Directions

Allow peas and carrots to thaw at room temperature. Lightly salt chicken breasts and brush with salad dressing. Cook chicken on grill or in grill pan until done. Let cool and cut into bite size pieces. Mix chicken, romaine, peas and carrots, almonds, oranges and cheese in a large bowl. Serve with additional Asian dressing or salad dressing of your choice.
