Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup cashew nuts
    1 4 oz can Ortega diced jalepenos
    2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes
    2 tsp Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 cloves garlic, peeled



Tips

To use as a sauce, add water in small amounts until it reaches the desired consistency. If it is too spicy for you, substitute a 4 oz can of green chilis for the jalepenos.


Directions

Soak cashews in water for at least 4 hours. Throw all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend at high speed for a couple of minutes until smooth, about the consistency of hummus.
