Ingredients

    1 cup Quinoa, dry
    6 tbsp Pomegranate Arils
    3 tbsp Pistachio Nuts, shelled
    3 green onion stalks, chopped
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

Add salt and pepper at your discretion. Not included in recipe.


Directions

Cook quinoa according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
Stir in green onions and olive oil. Fold in pomegranate arils and pistachios.
