    0.25 cubic inch Feta Cheese
    0.06 cup, chopped Kale
    0.25 cup Stewed Tomatoes
    1.0 muffin Whole Wheat English Muffin
    1.0 serving two large hard-boiled eggs 156

Directions

NOTE: Cook tome based on boiling eggs, prep tome based on throwing pre prepped items together and toasting time. Toast the muffin Dice slice or chop hard boiled eggs Place a pinch or two of fresh kale chopped on the muffins Place some of the eggs on top of the kale Slice a stewed tomatoes (the size of a canned stewed tomato - both halves) and place on top of the eggs. Place the remaining eggs on top of the tomatoes Pinch some feta, crumble it for a light sprinkle over top Yum! Note- the tomatoes and kale in this recipe can be sauted using a tablespoon of evoo for a hot style breakfast. Adjust nutrition information accordingly. Serving Size: 1
