    1.0 tsp Onion powder
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    3.0 serving Fish - Talapia
    2.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1.0 tsp Old bay seafood seasoning

Directions

Heat oil to 375 degrees. Coat fish in the seasoning mix until coated. Add fish in small batches to prevent heat loss. Cook until done. Serving Size: 2 fillets
