Introduction
Thrown together Blueberry Muffins (or anything other type of fruit you want) Thrown together Blueberry Muffins (or anything other type of fruit you want)Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

1/2 Cup White Flour
1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Blueberries(or other seasonal fruit)
1 - 2 tsp of sugar or 1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Cup Skim Milk
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp Canola oil( I like this because it adds omega 3's)
Directions
Add all items together and blend - don't over mix or fruit will become mushy.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full
bake 350 degree oven
these muffines do not brown so at 20 minutes start checking for doneness with a tooth pick. If it comes out dry - they're done.
These are great as a lowfat snack also,
They freeze great.
