Introduction

So this is what I cooked in the Instant Pot tonight. I actually used dried celery bits from the store, but can't find nutritional info and for the entire pot (6 qt), I only had about a teaspoon. Ingredients

1.5 cup Members Mark Chunk Chicken Breast 0.25 cup/53g drained (6pack cans 12.5oz/354g per can, 4 serv)
2 cup members mark organic black beans (by MLUKEBROWNING)
1.5 cup RoTel Diced Tomatoes Green Chilies 0.5cup/125g
2 cup Best Choice Pinto Beans 0.5cup/130g
2 Cup Serious Bean Co. - Buckin' Buffalo Beans (by JETSURF2002)
5 oz Hormel White & Dark Turkey in water (by MOOGSIE20)
3 cup Rice Pilaf Spanish Rice, Near East (by MAMAMOUSE01)
1 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
1 tsp Ground cumin (by TEXASDY)
    1 tsp Celery seed

Directions

I just opened cans, scraped into the Instant Pot, added some seasonings, no salt (plenty already in the canned foods). Stirred it up while it was in sautee mode to get it pre-warmed, then stopped the saute mode and put it in Soup mode. I really didn't knock myself out, and this is probably not the healthiest meal.

Serving Size: 10 servings 1 cup, or more if you use smaller bowl.
