Ingredients

    16.0 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
    1.0 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    1.0 can Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw
    8.0 cup Campbell's Chicken Broth
    2.0 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    4.0 clove Garlic
    0.5 tsp Thyme, ground
    1.0 bouillon cube, chicken
    0.75 tsp Pepper, black
    1.0 dash Salt(to taste)

Directions

Brown hamburger with garlic and onion. Add all ingredients to Crock-Pot and cook on high for 5 hours. May serve over rice. (Rice not included in nutrition info)
