Ingredients

    5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT)
    4.5 serving Japanese Matcha Powder (1.0g)
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    0.25 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES)
    2 serving Hass Avocado Fresh (1/2 of Avocado)
    .5 cup Maple Syrup
    1 tbsp Lemon juice
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 tbsp Coconut Milk (Silk)
    .33 cup whole kernels Almonds, dry roasted

Directions

Mix first five ingredients in medium bowl and set aside. Mix mashed avocado with maple syrup and lemon juice. Add egg and mix until light and fluffy, two minutes in electric mixer. Add coconut milk. Add half the nuts in the mix. Put batter in greased muffin tins. Sprinkle the rest of the nuts on top. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes until slightly golden on top.
