    2.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    2.0 tbsp Onion powder
    2.0 tbsp Garlic powder
    2.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    2.0 tsp Salt
    2.0 tbsp Olive Oil
    16.0 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese

Directions

Bake 400 for 50 min. Add marinara and Parmesean at 40 min of desired.
