Ingredients

    1.25 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    1.5 teaspoon baking powder
    0.5 baking soda
    0.25 salt
    0.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened

    0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    0.5 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini

    1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

Spray 9x9 pan with nonstick spray. Preheat oven to 350F Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients except zucchini, then fold in zucchini. Fold wet into dry, then fold in chocolate chips. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 20-30 minutes until springs back when touched. Allow to cool, serve warm. Serving Size: Makes 12
