Ingredients

    0.25 cup Maple Syrup
    3.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    2.0 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup coconut flour
    0.25 cup tapioca flour
    1 tsp baking soda

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Mix dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients and bring to rom temp. Melt coconut oil. Mix wet ingredients to dry. Add oil and mix well. Fill muffin cups and bake for 20 min.
