Ingredients

    3.0 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat)
    161.0 Grams Carrots, raw
    220.0 Grams Celery, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    454.0 Grams Split Peas
    1.0 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
    3.0 cup chicken bone broth kitchen basics

Directions

Dice onions, carrots, celery before measuring. Put ham bone in crock pot with liquid ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Turn Crock-Pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours. Remove ham bone and place it on a plate. Let it cool. Remove the ham you need for your soup. Dice or shred in bite size pieces and put back in the pot with the soup. Serve immediately. Serving Size: 1 1/3 cup
