Ingredients

    28 fl. oz of diced tomatoes
    28 fl. oz water
    227 ml bamboo shoots in a can (tuna sized tin)
    5 cups of frozen stir fry veggies
    1/3 cup of red lentils
    1 cup of chopped spinach
    1/2 cup of baked beans
    2 tablespoons of chili powder
    1 teaspoon of garlic salt
    1 teaspoon thyme
    pepper to taste

Directions

Add all of ingredients to pot and bring to a boil, turn down to simmer about 1 hour.
