Ingredients

    olive oil 1 tsp
    onion
    4 oz pancetta or bacon..cooked and drained
    chicken 2 lb
    zucchini 2 cups
    cannelinni beans 1.5 cups
    stock 5 cup
    frozen corn 2 cups
    spices to taste (basil, oregano, thyme)
    potatoes 1.5 cups

Directions

sautee chicken and onion
add all other ingedients and cover with stock
cook for 1 hour at low boil
