Ingredients

    0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.13 tsp Cloves, ground
    0.13 tsp Ginger, ground
    0.13 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.50 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    4 Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    0.50 tbsp Maple Syrup
    8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    0.50 cup Quinoa
    0.125 cup, packed Raisins
    0.125 cup, ground Almonds
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh

Directions

Mix almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, cloves, nutmeg and ginger in an instant pot then add the quinoa.
Combine the quinoa and water in the Instant Pot and secure the lid. Use the Manual button to cook at high pressure for 1 minute.
When the cooking is done, let the pressure naturally release for 12 minutes.
When the time has passed, turn the steam release valve to Venting to release any remaining steam pressure.
Sir in the blueberries, bananas, dried cranberries and maple syrup and adjust sweetness to taste.
Spoon the quinoa into a bowl and top with almonds, sunflower seeds, blueberries, bananas and enjoy!

INSTANT POT DIRECTIONS:
Mix almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, cloves, nutmeg and ginger in a pot then add the quinoa.
Select the “MANUAL” button and cook for 1 minute on high pressure.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes and then release any remaining pressure.
Spoon the quinoa into bowls and top each serving with almonds, sunflower seeds, blueberries and enjoy!
