Ingredients

    0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.125 tsp Cloves, ground
    0.125 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.125 tsp Ginger, ground
    1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
    0.5 cup Quinoa
    0.25 cup, packed Raisins
    0.5 tbsp Maple Syrup
    0.25 cup, ground Almonds
    4 grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

Mix almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, cloves, nutmeg and ginger in a pot then add the quinoa. Bring to a boil, cover and lower the heat to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
Sir in the dried cranberries and maple syrup and adjust sweetness to taste.
Spoon the quinoa into bowls and top each serving with almonds, sunflower seeds, blueberries and enjoy!

INSTANT POT DIRECTIONS:
Mix almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, cloves, nutmeg and ginger in a pot then add the quinoa.
Select the “MANUAL” button and cook for 1 minute on high pressure.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes and then release any remaining pressure.
Spoon the quinoa into bowls and top each serving with almonds, sunflower seeds, blueberries and enjoy!
