Ingredients

    450.0 Grams Strawberries, fresh
    450.0 Grams Rhubarb
    2.0 cup Blueberries, fresh
    2.0 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin
    0.2 cup Corn Starch
    12.0 tsp truvia brown sugar blend
    4.0 tbsp Flaxseed (Spectrum) Organic Ground
    1.0 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)
    1.0 cup, chopped Pecans
    6.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil

Directions

Mix diced fruit, cornstarch, and 2 tbsp brown sugar and spread in a 9x13 baking dish. Then mix oats, chop ped pecans, flaxseed, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon to taste and a dash of salt. Mix with melted coconut oil and sprinkle oat mixture over fruit. Bake at 375 covered with foil for 25 minutes then uncovered for an additional 20 minutes.

    We love many things with rhubarb. Don't use some of these ingredients but the fruits are delicious. - 5/27/19
