    2.0 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
    1.0 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
    1.0 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) yields Sweet Corn, Fresh
    1.0 cup, chopped Kale
    1.5 cup Beans, black
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
    270.0 gram Seeds - Quinoa, Cooked (1/2 cup raw = 1 cup cooked)
    20.0 grams Cilantro, raw
    1.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)

Directions

Chop up and mix together. Note- there is 2 cups cooked quinoa used Serving Size: 8 - 1 cup servings approx.
