Introduction

This is my everyday salad that I make to share with my husband to get our fiber in as well as stay on Keto. I will add a low sugar dressing or lemon juice to add some flavor. Ingredients

    2 cup Garden Mix: Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Red Leaf Lettuce
    1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, Florida
    1 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice)
    0.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    0.5 cup, chopped Hard Boiled Egg

Directions

Chop the veggies. Boil and peel the eggs then chop. Toss and serve.
