Ingredients

    2 lbs ground beef, 93% lean
    1 (46 oz) can tomato juice
    1 (14.5 oz) can stewed tomatoes, Italian style
    2 tsp basil
    2 tsp oregano
    1 bay leaf
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 (14.5 oz) can green beans, French style
    1 cup uncooked carrots, sliced
    2 cups uncooked celery, chopped
    3 medium potatoes, diced

Directions

Brown the meat, drain and add all ingredients. Let simmer for 2 hours, or cook in Instant Pot on meat/stew setting for 35 minutes.

    I am going to try this using no salt tomato juice, tomatoes and green beans to lower the sodium. Sounds good. - 2/4/21
