Ingredients

    3.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    2.0 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple
    0.25 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    2.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    4.0 tbsp PBfit peanut butter powder

Directions

Freeze milk ahead of time. Clean and prepare produce. Put all in blender. Blend until very smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Serve.
