    1 scoop (1/4 C) Body fortress vanilla protein powder
    1 tsp maple extract
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    dash Nutmeg, ground
    2 T Stevia
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    Ice

Directions

Blend all together for a great breakfast shake
