Ingredients

    3.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Salt
    3.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.75 cup Applesauce, sweetened
    0.5 cup, mashed Zucchini
    0.25 cup, chopped Walnuts
    2.0 tsp Baking Soda
    0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
    0.5 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar
    0.5 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.0 tbsp Apple cider vinegar drink (10 ml in a glass of water)

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 Mix dry ingredients into 1 medium bowl (flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon) Mix wet ingredients into 1 medium bowl (milk, oil, vanilla) Mix them together. Grate zucchini mix in. Chop walnuts mix in. Pour into oiled muffin tin (large) Bake 350 for 25-30 mins Mix up glaze-powdered sugar, tsp milk, and tsp vanilla. Serving Size: 1 muffin
