Ingredients

    50 oz Kroger 100% Vegetable Juice Cocktail (by TAMMYSD1)
    24 oz Beef, Ground 80%/20% Kroger (Verse) (by VERSETOWORST)
    5 serving Kroger Recipe Beginnings vegetable soup mix(2/3 cup per serving) about 5 servings whole bag (by MODESTA)
    1 cup Barley, pearled, raw
    3 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Salt

Directions

-brown and drain beef with onions
-add all other ingredients and bring to a boil
-reduce to a simmer and cover
-simmer for at least 30 min to allow barley to cook (stir every 10 min to prevent barley from settling at bottom of pot and scorching.
