Ingredients

    2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, very ripe
    .5 small Onions, finely chopped
    1 lime yields Lime Juice
    Pinch Cumin - ground
    1/4 - 1/2 Jalapeno Peppers
    1/4 - 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    Pinch salt to taste

Tips

Adjust chilli to taste. Add more or less lime juice as desired.


Directions

Smash the avocado with a fork until desired smoothness, squeeze over juice of 1 lime. Add in remaining ingredients, finely diced. Add seasoning and adjust to taste.



Serving Size: 1 tablespoon serving x 8-10, depending on size of avocado
