Ingredients

6 steak Steak-Umm Chicken Breast Sandwich Steaks (by LANAKAY64)
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
3 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell)
6 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese
2 dash Salt
2 dash Pepper, black
Tips
I added mushrooms, but you don't have to. I didn't add olive oil to the recipe because we all use different amounts.
Directions
Coat pan with olive oil. Add chicken, seasonings, and onion. Sautee until done. Slice Peppers in half. Place cheese in the bottom of pepper (1/2 slice). Layer with chicken mixture. Add cheese to top.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
