Ingredients
-
16 oz Pork Lion Boneless Center Cut Chops
5 serving Marketside Zucchini Squash Noodles
4 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Butter, whipped
0.25 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv
0.5 cup Lemon Juice
10 tbsp EVOO Pompeian
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Tips
Original recipe was with sliced beef. With the pork chop, the chop can either be whole or sliced. I cooked it whole and then sliced it before adding it back in with the noodles.
Directions
Marinade pork in 1/2 cup oil and 1/4 cup lemon juice
Cook the pork on medium-high, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, for 5 minutes
Flip pork, season, and add garlic and onions
Continue to cook until pork reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees
Once pork is done, set it off to the side
In the same pan, add the butter, lemon juice, chicken broth, and marinade juices - simmer for 2-3 minutes
Add the zucchini noodles and toss for a few minutes to coat noodles before adding the pork back in
