Ingredients

    Non-Stick Cooking Spray
    1 - 16 oz. Angel Food Cake Mix
    3/4 cup of Sugar Free Smuckers Strawberry Jam
    3 Tbsp mini semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Heat oven to 325 degree F. Beat together cake mix and jam at low speed until evenly moistened. Continue to beat 1 minute. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tbsp on prepared baking sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until tops are just lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on backing sheet. Place on cooling rack to cool completely. Store between pieces of wax paper to keep from sticking together. Makes 2.5 dozen. Serving size is 2 cookies.
