Ingredients

    504 gram(s) Blue Menu Minced Turkey (Canada) (1 serving = 100g)
    454 grams Blue Menu Ground Chicken (Canada) (1 serving = 100g)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    65 grams Sunaisa Chicharron Pork Rinds (Canada) (1 serving = 5 pieces/15g)
    .5 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1)
    .5 tsp Thyme, ground
    2 tsp dried mustard (by ROSEBERRY)
    1.5 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    14 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Line baking sheet with foil
3. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
3. Roll the mixture into balls & place on your baking sheet or in a muffin tin
4. Bake for 40 minutes (This may vary depending on your oven. I would suggest using a meat thermometer to ensure your meat is fully cooked).
