Ingredients

    4 cups grated zucchini
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 tablespoons Bisquick
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup shredded Mozzarela cheese
    (reserve 1/2)
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    (reserve 1/2)

Directions

Mix together thoroughly and press into a greased 11 x 15 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 min. or until set. Add favorite pizza toppings and reserved portions of cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 more min. until cheese is melted.
