Ingredients

    6 cups chopped Kale
    2 small Apples, fresh with skin, chopped
    2 stalks Green Onion, sliced
    25 g Cashews dry roast (bunk barn) (about 2 Tbsp)
    25 g Hungry hungry hippy trail mix Bulk Barn (about 2 Tbsp)
    2 Tb Maple Fave salad dressing by my Sarah*

    *DRESSING
    Juice of 1 lemon or "real lemon"; about 2 Tbsp
    2 tbsp Maple Syrup
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    Shake well. Yields about 1/3 c

Directions

Chop veggies. Massage kale until it is uniformly dark green to tenderize it. Chop apples, chop nuts, slice green onions and toss all together with dressing.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings, about 2 c each
